Participants work through realistic situations, explain their thinking, respond to different perspectives and make decisions. We capture what they do, not simply what they say they can do.
Skills are defined through observable behavioural indicators and scoring anchors. We assess them only where the simulation creates a genuine opportunity to demonstrate them.
Simulation content, persona behaviour, timing and scoring are tested before launch and monitored in use, supporting consistency, fairness and evidence quality.
